Formed in 1964 to provide sub-sea construction, maintenance, inspection and repair services for the national oil company of Saudi Arabia (Saudi ARAMCO), ADAMS developed into a major specialist in diving, offshore construction support, & sub-sea inspection and surveys. ADAMS was the 1st subsea company in Saudi Arabia and has a long history of safe and successful work for its clients.

The Company owns and operates its diving and multi-role support vessels, and provides a comprehensive range of technical and maintenance services in support of its diving and marine operations. In addition to vessels, we carry a large inventory of support equipment consistent with our operations in the form of diving plant and equipment; remote operated vehicles, subsea tooling, TV/video systems, non destructive testing (NDT) equipment and inspection equipment.

We offer the advantages of efficiency and economy to customers in every part of the globe given our robust in-house capabilities and excellent relationships with suppliers and labor unions, as well as the GOC Khalifa A. Algosaibi family of companies.
